Is Tara Reid Engaged?

UPDATE: Tara tells People.com she isn’t engaged. The ring was a birthday present from her boyfriend.
Tara Reid was spotted out in Miami yesterday with a massive pink diamond on her ring finger.
Reid has been dating German entrepenuer Michael Axtmann for the last several months.
When photographers asked Tara about being engaged, she smiled and giggled as she held up the ring.
No word on the carat weight but the center stone looks to be pear shaped with a halo of pave diamonds around it.
