Spencer Pratt proposed to Heidi Montag on this week’s episode of “The Hills.” The proposal took place while they were riding on a ferris wheel at the Santa Monica Pier. Spencer presented Heidi with a canary yellow diamond ring after he told her he was ready to make peace with Lauren and her mom. The couple were married in a church wedding on April 25.
