He built up a fan-base, worked with legends (Johnny Cash, David Bowie, Gary Numan, etc...), has spent the last two decades doing what he loves and did all of it without the major record companies support. @ JC: I'm glad you think she's so "fugly". That's one less stupid sack-of-waste getting in the way of snagging my own "hammehead dna" hottie. I would like to see you offer Renzor caliber work for free and make millions without extorting it from fans via crazy expense concerts (REM ~ $120 vs NIN ~ $45). Go listen to your recycle industry manufactured crap and stop pissing on people for enjoying something different then the mainstream, music and women. Mariqueen Maandig is one fucking talented goddess and while I'm sorry to see NIN close up shop, I couldn't be happier for him. Trent if your out there reading this: no matter what you do, we're right there with you, hurt but better for it.
