Nicole Richie showed off her engagement ring at her Winter Kate 2010 fashion show in New York yesterday.
The four carat sparkler is by Neil Lane and has a round brilliant center stone surrounded by smaller diamonds.
Richie was heavily involved in designing the ring which cost fiance Joel Madden an estimated $200,000.
Richie and Madden are said to be planning a summer wedding.
