Natalie Coughlin and Ethan Hall Wedding

Napa, CA

April 25, 2009

Olympic gold medalist Natalie Coughlin married Ethan Hall at The Carneros Inn in Napa on April 25, 2009.

The 3:30 p.m. wedding ceremony took place in the apple orchard overlooking a vineyard.

The bride wore Monique Lhullier’s “Scarlett” gown and gardenias in her hair. She carried a bouquet of white roses, peonies and stephanotis wrapped in green silk.

Her five bridesmaids wore sage green silk dresses and carried bouquets of white roses and peonies.

The six groomsmen wore black suits with white ties.

The couple’s Border Terrier, She-Ra, served as ring bearer and wore a wedding dress and veil.

Guests enjoyed lemonade as the couple recited their vows in a thirty-minute traditional ceremony.

Following the nuptials, a reception was held in the Carneros Courtyard.

White lights were strung across the lawn and logs burned in an outdoor fireplace.

Dinner was catered by Farm and included rib eye with truffled salsify or sea bass with chanterelle mushrooms.

For dessert, guests enjoyed cupcakes from Sibby’s Cupcakery.

The newlyweds spent their wedding night at The Carneros Inn and honeymooned at Kona Village Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.
