- Saturday August 22, 2009 10:17 PM
Milla Jovovich married Paul W.S. Anderson in a sunset ceremony on Saturday afternoon.
The vows took place at the couple’s Spanish style Beverly Hills home in front of guests including Patrick Dempsey.
Jovovich walked down a white rose petal aisle in a white silk dress with an open back. She wore gold headbands in her wavy hair and a veil which covered her face. Her bouquet, by Floral Art, consisted of white roses and orchids.
The groom wore a beige colored suit with a striped tie.
The couple’s two-year-old daughter Ever was the flower girl and wore a pink ballerina tutu.
The ceremony took place on an upper level terrace overlooking the canyon. The couple stood under an altar covered with white curtains and exchanged simple gold wedding bands by Neil Lane.
They also took part in a handwashing ritual and recited personal vows which they laughed and cried through.
At the end of the twenty minute ceremony, the couple kissed three separate times while guests applauded wildly.
Afterwards, a poolside reception was held as champagne and appetizers were passed and flamenco music played.
