Marilyn Monroe’s Wedding Ring Up for Auction

The wedding ring that Joe DiMaggio presented to Marilyn Monroe at their 1954 wedding will be part of an upcoming three-day auction of Hollywood memorabilia.
The couple tied the knot on January 14, 1954 at San Francisco City Hall.
The ring, described by auction company Profiles in History, is a platinum eternity band set with 35 baguette-cut diamonds (one diamond missing). It is estimated to fetch between $300,000 and $500,000.
The auction will run from December 15-17.
