Kyle Jacobs and Kellie Pickler Wedding

Kellie Pickler married songwriter Kyle Jacobs on New Year’s Day 2011 on the beach in Antigua.

The ceremony took place at the Jumby Bay Resort without any family or friends in attendance. They had originally planned a traditional wedding with a large guest list, but in the midst of planning changed their minds and opted to elope.

Kelly wore an ivory duchess satin strapless wedding dress by Badgley Mischka for the nuptials with a removable tulle ball gown skirt with crystal beads at the train.

As she got ready, she played a CD with music the groom had written for her on their wedding day.

The couple exchanged vows on a sandbar which stretched 200-feet out in the ocean. Kellie presented Kyle with a wedding band engraved with the words “Put it back on!”

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds waded in the water and enjoyed dinner on the beach.
