Jim Carrey’s daughter, Jane Carrey, was married over the weekend in Los Angeles.

Carrey, who is the lead singer in the Jane Carrey Band, married musician Alex Santana.

“My Jane is a married woman,” the proud father said on his Twitter page. “Days ago her and my new son in law Alex got hitched. The day was simply perfect … lots of love there.”

While supportive of his daughter’s wedding, the elder Carrey has said he has no plans to marry girlfriend Jenny McCarthy.

“We’re never getting married, but we’re never getting divorced, which is fantastic,” Carrey has said. “She’s just a wonderful lady and much deeper than she’s ever received credit for, and I’m very excited about her future.”
