Jessica Simpson is getting in shape for her upcoming wedding to Eric Johnson with celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson.
The singer is doing 75-minute workouts 4 days a week.
“She’s seeing results,” a pal tells UsMagazine.com. “She really loves it. She thinks it’s so much fun.”
Anderson’s custom workout for Simpson combines dance aerobics, ab work and strength training.
Jessica “is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift,” Anderson tells Us.
