Watch out for a secret wedding! Jessica Simpson , who has said she would like to be married by Christmas 2011, has not set a wedding date and is considering eloping with fiance Eric Johnson.
“We’ve both been married before,” Simpson tells Women’s Wear Daily. “We’re enjoying our commitment to each other. We want to take our time.”
The successful fashionista, who wore a Vera Wang wedding dress when she married Nick Lachey in 2002, says she is going a different route for her dress this time.
“I will be part of designing my own wedding gown,” she says.
Simpson and Johnson got engaged at her home in November. He proposed with a ruby ring by Neil Lane.
