Jaime Pressly is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.
A wedding date is still being determined.
According to People.com, Pressly was spotted last month with a huge engagement ring and was being congratulated by friends on the news.
Pressly was previously engaged to Eric Calvo who she separated from last year.
