Hilary Duff showed off her engagement ring while dining with fiance Mike Comrie at Katsuya last night.

According to E! Online, the ring is a 14-carat radiant-cut sparkler that cost Comrie a whopping $1 million. He purchased it at a store in Las Vegas.

The couple got engaged in Maui last week and just returned to LA.
