Shania Twain married Frederic Thiebauld in Puerto Rico on January 1, 2011. The sunset wedding took place on the beach in front of the secluded Rincon Ocean Villa.

Twain wore a strapless wedding dress purchased at a boutique in Switzerland paired with Calvin Klein shoes.

Her 9-year-old son, Eja, walked her down the aisle. Thiebauld’s daughter, Johanna, was the ringbearer.

The couple recited self-written vows and exchanged Cartier wedding bands. The ceremony was officiated by Twain’s cousin from Canada.

At the conclusion, 40 guests in attendance sang The Beatles classic “All You Need is Love.”

Following the vows, fireworks were set off over the ocean and guests headed back to the villa for an outdoor reception by candlelight. The bride changed into a short white dress by Vivienne Westwood and Jimmy Choo shoes for dancing to music spun by a DJ.

The couple shared their first dance to “I’m Your Man” by Michael Buble and guests toasted them with champagne.

For dinner, a vegetarian menu of comfort food was served, followed by a coconut cream cake for dessert.
