Erinn Bartlett and Oliver Hudson were married on June 9, 2006 at One & Only Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The sunset ceremony took place on the beach in front of 94 guests, including Adam Sandler and Oliver’s parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

The groom’s sister, Kate Hudson, wore a dress by Chloe and walked down the aisle with her son, Ryder Robinson, who served as ring bearer and held the couple’s wedding bands around his neck.

A four-piece quartet played as the bride entered on the arm of her father in a silk Les Habitudes gown and gladiator sandals. She held a bouquet of long stem calla lilies and wore a silver hippie-style headband over her long wavy hair.

The 30-minute ceremony was officiated by a Buddhist monk under an altar of bamboo poles wrapped in white sheets. White flower arrangements were posted on pillars made of sand and seashells.

Following the vows, the guests, who all were asked to wear white, retreated to Club Ninety-Six for a dinner of strip steak and red snapper.

The couple shared their first dance to “If Not For You” by George Harrison before cutting into a three-tier chocolate wedding cake by Perfect Endings.

Guests danced and toasted the bride and groom until 5:30 a.m.

The newlyweds spent their wedding night at One & Only Palmilla and enjoyed a beach party and picnic with their family the following day.
