Ivanka Trump made a fresh statement when she married Jared Kushner, wearing a lace Vera Wang wedding dress with sleeves.
Trump’s dress has already inspired brides-to-be who have been opting for strapless dresses for years.
“Nothing would make me happier,” Wang has said about the potential of a sleeve trend. “I’ve been doing strapless dresses for 15 years. It’s tiring.”

I would be so happy with sleeved dresses. I’m so sick of sleeveless stuff; it’s all the same! I am kind of surprised to hear this from Vera Wang, as I have always seen her as the symbol/creator of sleeveless dresses.
But then again, she only does what the client wants – and that has mostly not been what I like.
