Carmen Electra, who has two failed marriages under her belt, gives wedding advice to People.com saying don’t get married in Vegas.

“Do not get married at the drive-thru in Vegas, especially. Take your time -– enjoy it,” she says. “It’s important to think out marriage in general because it’s a huge commitment. Besides that, I hate to say it, but it’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of emotions. It can be difficult.”

Electra should know. She famously married Dennis Rodman in a quickie Vegas wedding in 1998 only to have the marriage annulled nine days later.  

She is currently engaged to Korn guitarist Rob Patterson but says they have not started wedding planning yet. “There’s no pressure. I’ve learned that you have to be yourself and go at your own pace.”
