Beyonce Reveals She Catered Her Own Wedding
Beyonce Knowles reveals a few more details about her top secret wedding to Jay-Z in this month’s issue of Giant Magazine. The singer says that to ensure privacy on the big day, she and her family did the cooking for the 40 guests in attendance.
“We cooked all the food,” she tells Giant. “I cooked all my Creole stuff, and Jay-Z’s grandmother cooked her oxtails. My favorite part was when we put all of this home cooking on that fancy china. It was special.”
The couple tied the knot at Jay-Z’s New York apartment on April 4. For dessert, the wedding cake (which Beyonce did not make) was reportedly five feet eight inches tall.
