With over 5,000 votes in six different categories, the royal wedding came out on top as the undisputed winner for Best Engagement Ring, Best Wedding Dress, Best Wedding Cake and Wedding of the Year. We’d give Prince William and Kate Middleton a crown, but Kate already has the Queen’s tiara.

William proposed to Kate with Princess Diana’s 18-carat sapphire engagment ring. For her big day in April, the Duchess dazzled in an exquisite long-sleeve gown by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen as she sauntered down the Westminster Abbey aisle. Their wedding cake was an eight-tiered fruit cake adorned with their initials. We wish we could have been there to try it!
