Every bride wants to look and feel her best on her big day. Developing a solid workout routine is usually part of the process - along with facial extractions, a few hours of the Chinese calming practice qigong, and lasering an unchartered part of your body, of course. So today we’re talking about getting you abs like Cameron Diaz, gams like Reese Witherspoon, and a derriere like Pippa Middleton.

Sergeant-style boot camps might not be your thing. Don’t fret; I won’t really make you do pushups right now. I will, however, encourage you to watch this video of fitness trainer Jennifer Cohen. Cohen, who founded the No Gym Required method (Hallelujah!) and trained me and my husband for our wedding, has appeared on the CW show, “Shedding for the Wedding.” She is currently a body image expert on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers, as well as a Weight Watchers spokesperson.

“Jennifer Aniston is a celebrity in peak physical condition right now,” Cohen notes. “Focusing on movements that work multiple muscle groups at one time is key to getting fit like a celebrity.”
